Euroteam is one of the most prominent and ambitious players in Romania's freight transport market. The reason for the rebrand: the brand identity hadn't kept pace with the company's evolution and no longer reflected its future ambitions.

 

For the brand discovery workshop, we chose the Lego Serious Play method — which immediately got the management team to lower their guard, think freely, collaborate, and build through play, using Lego bricks to shape Euroteam's present and future.

 

This process laid the foundation for the brand definition and brand strategy.

→ Brand idea: Smart connections. People connected to technology, connecting data to more efficiently connect trucks and cargo, cargo and destinations.

→ Unique category perspective: "Efficient transport, sustainable future."

The new visual identity

→ Logo: Built around an abstract "E," the new logo is made of interconnected geometric segments that work as a visual metaphor for the multiple connections Euroteam creates — as well as for the elements within the transport ecosystem: intersecting routes, converging data flows, systems syncing up. The symbol's construction suggests both movement and stability, reflecting Euroteam's dual nature: a reliable partner with a forward-looking mindset.

 

→ Color strategy: To support the sustainability promise and the idea of movement, the new identity is anchored in a green palette — from deep, rich tones to vibrant, high-energy shades.

 

→ Visual territory: We extended the connections theme to create a distinctive, recognizable visual territory. The logo's segments were deconstructed and recombined into dynamic compositions that suggest routes, pathways, and data flows. Diagonal lines and arrow-like shapes cut across layouts, creating a strong sense of direction, movement, and progress.

 

The result is a visual identity that positions Euroteam as a modern, sustainable transport leader — one that leverages smart connections to build efficient solutions for tomorrow's logistics challenges.
